Their limited edition carbonara ramen? Outrageously good. Imagine your favorite Italian pasta, but it’s been reincarnated as a bowl of ramen – creamy, cheesy, and somehow still packing that umami punch only ramen can deliver. The noodles were perfectly springy, the broth rich but not overwhelming, and I’m pretty sure there was a sprinkle of magic in there, too.

The broth was amazing and rich and the chashu pork literally melted in my mouth. Prices were very reasonable and the one staff member there was very friendly greeting us on the way in and out.
