If you're in search of a truly exceptional ramen experience in Tokyo, Ramen Torisoba Zagin Kagurazaka is a must-visit. Our group of five recently had lunch here, and every single one of us walked away thoroughly impressed. From the moment we stepped inside, the warm and inviting atmosphere set the stage for a fantastic meal. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that our experience was smooth and enjoyable. But the true star, of course, was the ramen itself. The broth was simply outstanding—rich, velvety, and packed with deep, umami flavors that left us savoring every spoonful. The noodles had the perfect texture, providing just the right amount of bite and complementing the broth beautifully. The toppings were thoughtfully selected and impeccably prepared, adding layers of taste and texture that elevated each bowl to perfection. A unanimous five-star rating from our group—highly recommended for anyone seeking top-tier ramen in Tokyo!

Probably the best tori paitan ramen/soba I have ever eaten. The broth is rich and creamy; it’s hand blended to aerate. The noodles are cooked to have a pleasant bite. The duck, chicken, and chashu were huge and cleanly flavoured. The smoked egg has a delicious smokey flavour. The fried burdock is crispy and lends a pleasant bitterness. There’s also fresh red onion and green onion to cut the richness. The meat sushi is impressive in size and taste as well. There was a bit of a wait, because there’s only one server and one chef at rush hour 😳 so worth the patience. The chef even bows after serving each order, exemplifying Japanese culture. The kiosk has multiple languages including English and Chinese. I wish this business continued success.

It is one of the best food experience of my one year in Japan. I went here two times. The soba soup was really great. The smoked duck was the best! It was exceptional! Normally I don’t like duck, but the duck here was superb. The price is really reasonable. I ordered a lot and I cannot finish as it was to much portion for me. Not to mention the service, staff sent me home at door shop, bowed to me and stood until I was out of his sight. I was so impress. I definitely will come back again again and again. One thing need to be improved is the fried chicken and burdock of my first try were burnt a little bit. Maybe because they used too high temperature. But other things is soo good so I did’t mind it that much.
