I was really excited to try this conveyor belt sushi out and it would have been my first place visited in Japan for this, but my experiences here were sorely disappointing. They are NOT foreigner friendly AT ALL and we literally sat in wonder for 10 minutes.
There are no menus, no directions and barely any variety of sushi on the conveyor belt. Some locals were shouting out their orders to the two chefs behind the counter and their orders were acknowledge and received. However, when I tried, I was not acknowledged or they simply could not hear me.
Either way, I was very discouraged by my attempt that I started to pull random dishes from the belt. One of the chefs started putting out some more, but nothing of particular interest to me. In the end, I ate a piece of mackerel, a salmon variation with 3 pieces of nigiri and one other plate I can't recall. Unfortunately, the mackerel was not completely rid of bones and I bit down on a big piece of bone, haha. That was super unexpected considering all the great reviews I read on Google about it.

My stomach actually feels a little uneasy now after having dinner there.
