Alrighty so here goes, I was in a group of 5 looking for somewhere to eat dinner. We walk in and are made to wait at the door though there a plenty of spare tables we had to wait about 5 minutes to be seated. We are taken to our table and sit down with the menus to discover there is a ¥300 service fee (implying the service is actually good?) right so that was okay I was just hoping I'd get what I paid for. Bread was brought to our table and it was good bread until the bill arrived and we were charged for it (even though we didn't order it) Ordered the 5 cheese gnocchi for only a tiny handful to be delivered on my table after an agonising wait. The gnocchi was over-cooked and the pasta that a friend ordered was under-cooked. The cheese taste was very strong and the waiters didn't notice our lack of water which was very disappointing. All-in-all the taste was pleasant but both the service and quality of the food was very unimpressive....

The focaccia is still great, but was disappointed to see very few changes to the set up to take into account Covid19 measures. I would have expected to see more care taken with increasing air flow, spacing of tables or use of partitions but none of the windows were open, the tables were still close together and there were partitions on the tables. Although all the staff were wearing masks, some were only covering their mouths. It was really disappointing to see that more thought has not gone into making the space more safe for customers.

Vegetarian options are minimal - which is fine, I should have done a better checking food options. Ordered a pasta with fish, bok choy & yellow peppers - it was extremely salty and not tasty…we each left over half of our meal.
