I majored in hotel management at a university and have a long experience working in the hotel's human resources department, I like the place called the hotel, and I respect the hotelier. Usually, restaurants guide customers to the inside close to the food when seats are empty at the inside table, I guess this hotel doesn't follow the usual hotel service? When a family member living in Japan asked the staff if they could change seats, (He even made this gesture from afar🙅❌) and only made a brief comment, "The seat is fixed." I don't want to think about this, but did you assign a seat next to the entrance because you didn't like Koreans or Chinese? If that wasn't the case, he should have come close to the guest and explained it kindly, and it was an act of showing the level of this hotel to have him sit right next to the doorway even though there were many empty seats in the first place. I personally like Japan and have never felt discriminated against, but due to the strange staff of this hotel, I will never come and recommend this hotel in the future. The staffs at Tokurei Hotel are even more compared because they are so friendly. And, the Tokurei Hotel was very happy to have Hokkaido ice cream in both breakfast and dinner, and it was very convenient because the dessert cake was delicious and the snow crab was trimmed to make it easy to eat. But this hotel ice cream has regular ice cream sold in convenience stores, cheap slices of bread, and completely untidy snow crab. Read moreIt's a shame that a once excellent buffet restaurant became subpar after COVID-19. The enviroment and service are still top notch, however, the dinner buffet food selections are limited. It seems they cut all other food cost to keep snow crab legs on the menu. 天ぷらは揚げたてで美味しかったです。ジェラートのチョコレートが濃厚で食べる価値ありです。ただ、その他は期待したほどの味ではなかったです。普通かそれ以下。一通り食べたらもう他に食べたいものがないなって感じでした。特に酸辣湯麵は麺が美味しくなくて残念。あと、料理を盛るお皿が最初から汚れたものが多く、食洗機に入れた後、チェックがされていない感じでした。行く場合は、お皿が綺麗なのをよく選んだ方がいいですよ。
