Our family had an amazing dinner here. The restaurant was so popular that it was packed when our family of 6 people first got there, but the sweetest and most charming young lady cordially greeted us and was incredibly accommodating❤️ There’s so much around to explore in Sapporo so we passed our wait time easily. Wow, it was worth the wait because the experience there was AWESOME!!! We are from Hawaii and Boston, and our Japanese speaking is VERY basic, but they made us feel so at ease while ordering. All of our entrees, appetizers, and desserts were presented like artistic masterpieces, and the delicious flavors far surpassed our expectations! SOOOOOO YUMMY. We tried their specials and each dish had a scrumptiously unique flavor, brought out the best in every ingredient, and utilized Hokkaido’s best produce and style. Our cocktails complemented all flavors and added joy to each bite, but the best thing was the joy and obvious care of the staff! They went above and beyond to make sure every dish was prepared to highlight delicate flavors and savory sauces. The chef was so humble and had such a fun personality; he took the time to converse with us. We are still reminiscing about how it was one of our most memorable and best dinners overall! What an fabulous gastronomic experience in Sapporo! I wish I had taken more pictures but the dishes as they arrived looked so good, we just pounced on them and forgot to take the pictures! The chef went out of his way to prepare a special pasta dish just for my wife to showcase the renowned Sapporo seafood and it was a total treat. The truffle and gorgonzola risotto was to die for (and my wife knows a thing or two about risotto being from Ticino). And the desert... meteor strikes sperm... had us all rolling with laughter but seriously was soooo delicious. And the service was just outstanding. They were so patient with us (non-japanese speakers). And experience we will surely be talking for years. Oh yes, we were there with our three sons (10, 11, and 17) and they all loved it... I guess I forgot to talk about all the incredible appetizers, and the sliced meat was cooked to perfection! OMG, we want to come...

【５回目訪問2025年10月25日】北海道を離れていて久しぶり！数日前にTV放送されてて無理かと思いながら前日に予約✌️ やっぱり美味しい♥️そしていつもの前菜❗エビマヨネーズのエビが大きくてプリップリで美味しくてほっぺた落ちちゃう✨パスタのエビの明太子のカルボナーラソースが秀逸でパンが欲しくなっちゃう。〆はもちろん、ダイエットは明日から。でも、お土産にドーナツまで買っちゃったからもう無理と諦めます。 シェフも女性のスタッフも素敵なお店🍴ごちそうさまでした。 モンブランのある期間にまた伺います！！絶対。 【4回目訪問2024年５月30日】 久しぶりの来訪。やっぱら前菜盛り合わせ頼んじゃう。うまし！そして、やったーー木曜日だ、ピザ！と思っていたら、なんと木曜日はピザの日じゃなくなってた😭 鴨肉もペスカトーレも美味しくて、満腹なのに、やっぱり注文しちゃうでしょ！「ダイエットは明日から」大満足♥️ごちそうさまでした。パティシエのおねーさんにお会いできなかったのが残念。 【３回目訪問2023年11月17日】 またまた来ちゃった(笑)15日に健康診断終了！すぐの集会はここがよいよーと提案。 ダイエットは明日から、ってか無理かな❤️ 前菜も、パスタもリゾートも鴨も全てお腹の中へ…。 店員さんもいつも通りとっても感じが良くて、そして可愛い🎵 今度ランチも来たいです！ごちそうさまでした。 【２回目訪問2023年10月7日】 先週金曜日に行ったばかりなのに、８日ぶりにクジラさんへ。 お料理の美味しさと居心地の良さが忘れられず、速攻で来てしまいました。 直前にお電話をして訪店をご快諾くださり、ただご予約の都合上19時50分がタイムリミットと、告げられご訪問。 前回と同じ前菜盛り合わせ、マッシュルームのリゾットを注文。 気がついたら１９時を回っていたのでそろそろ「アレ」デザート盛り合わせ❤️って、思っていたら なんと！ 店長さんから「カウンターで横にずれてくらたら、クローズまでOK👍️」と嬉しいご提案！ もちろん、即、横へ 先週、初提供のかぼちゃとホワイトチョコのチョコレートケーキのお話に❗ そして、遅れてそのパティシエがご登場‼️ 楽しい一時を、幸せな時間を二週続けてありがとうございました。 やっぱり食べれるっていいね👍️食べらないことないけど😅 ごちそうさまでした
