I was ignored when I first entered and no one came to me, I had to walk in and get someone’s attention. The short haired probably owner woman was outright aggressive, spoke zero English and did not even try. Pointed at the menu many times. I find them to be extremely racist towards foreigners. Please disregard the positive comments. I paid ¥7000+ to be treated like garbage.
This was my biggest disappointment. Not only did it have Ikea-like interior, there were no english menu at all, and they did not bother to explain. The menu was very confusing… Owner was impatient the whole time. I regret booking this restaurant days in advance very much.
Food was served at a snail’s pace. It took forever for the rest of the dishes to be brought after the soup, while the other customers were being served. I was sat near the kitchen in the passage where staff comes out which was annoying. There were a lot of dishes. Each one was very small portioned and very random, a bit like Tapas which is not Italian. This is not authentic and unneccessary at all. Most Italian restaurants serve fewer dishes in bigger portions.
Very uncomfortable chairs that hurt to sit in. The restaurant ruined my night and Hokkaido trip. One of the first dishes were told to be prosciutto, but was actually cooked ham. All of the food unimpressive. I had to order a mandatory drink even when I didn’t want to, and the apple juice tasted disgusting. (900 yen)
Can you not open a restaurant when you don’t know basic service and consideration for customers’ time? This took 2 hours for a simple dinner. Everyone was extremely loud, maybe it’s a local charateristic.
The owner/head waitress person with short hair was the absolute worst person I’ve ever met in Japan and I’ve been here more than 15 times and spent months. I have no idea as to why I was treated like this, I was polite. This is much worse than any ramen/soba shop. I sincerely hope you go out...
Read moreEvery dish looks fine, but the main course is the problem, this steak is the most chewy steak in my life. We got 3 dishes of steak, the first one is fine, the second one is barely chewable, but the last one can not be cut by the knife, and we told the waitress she speak nothing but “we can not change” , and the chef was not seems to take care of the dish, we have to wait for 30 mins so they give us the new one and no apology at all , what an ego. If you want to try a unchewable steak and bas service restaurant , BINGO And finally they also charge for the difference steak...
Read moreDelicious but waiting time is long. They don’t have an English menu so you either have to hope google translate gives you the right translation, or have some basic knowledge of hiragana/katakana to figure out what’s going on.
I had lunch set C, chose carbonara for pasta and pork ribs for second main. It was delicious and executed perfectly, my only gripe is that I was there for 1.5-2 hours because the food was served at that pace. Oh well! The food was good enough to pacify ☺️ they’ve also got beers and wines. I didn’t have any because I was afraid I’d...
