And it’s not just about the food. The staff took time to ask where we were from, showed genuine interest in Lithuania, and even spoke about Chiune Sugihara when we mentioned Sakura Park in Vilnius. That kind of attentiveness is rare and unforgettable.

Anyone who has said they don't accept children at this restaurant either have wild and out of control children or are suppliers of Trump esc Fake News. Our 9 month old was fussed over by the very friendly staff no end who played with her for half an hour while we ate and took great interest.

The restaurant: lovely cosy establishment, or sit and eat just outside on the beautiful bridge over the river.

The food: small but lovely menu. I would prefer my pizza a bit crisper bit it's nice none the less and probably the style they are going for, just personal preference. The crab pasta has a generous amount of pasta and even more generous amount of crab.

The service: unfaultable. The chef was even coming out to ensure everyone was enjoying his food. Which they were....

Lovely local restaurant with delicious pasta and pizza. Great service when we went with our children. Their table wine included in the price is decent too (we proceeded to order another carafe). Only suggestion would be to have a finger bowl for the crab pasta that was delicious!

Addendum (7th April). We enjoyed the food and service so much we returned the following evening to celebrate our wedding anniversary and they didn’t disappoint! Not just that but they had read my comment above and brought out finger bowls when we ordered the crab pasta again. The first place I’ve been to where they have truly reflected and acted on reviews.
