So bad! When we three went in around 20:00, the staff said it’s still open and he asked the owner if we could enter. The owner said as long as we can speak Japanese and he was clearly drunk. The owner’s wife was kind and confirmed we could order dishes not full course. She said we could order drinks and take time to decide what to eat. But the owner was really angry when we refused to order full course. He kept pushing me to order sashimi and Yaki, saying this one 2000 yan. That catagory was 400-1800 on the menu. Absurd. Even though I kept speaking Japanese, I was asked if I can understand Japanese like three or fours times cuz he thought I spent too long time deciding dishes. Literally it was just one minute and I even didn’t finish seeing two pages. “U order this.” That was not recommending but commanding. We refused and heard “Kaere”, meaning get out. Read more高松の美味しい割烹料理屋さんです。 休日のディナーで訪問しました。 店の前の生簀は、その日の四国の旬の魚を見ることができます。 いつもファンになってしまう大将がカウンターでお店のスタッフの方に声をかけています。 刺身は盛り合わせを、 今回は地魚は、メバルを煮付けで、そして天ぷらを注文しました。 さすがこの職人芸は、高松でも指折りなのでは? 刺身はどれも生きが良くて、量も多くて、お得感があります。 ここで学生さんかなくらい若いバイトの女性店員がきめ細かくお酒や、料理がなくなるのを見てくださっています。 そして天ぷらは、これぞ日本料理、割烹で修行を積まれた方のお店、四国ではめっきり減ってしまいましたよね。こちらでは味わうことができます! 本当に美味しくて、幸せな気持ちになって退店しました。 皆様も高松で美味しいものが食べたく...
