昔から繁華街にある焼き鳥屋 卓上にあるQRコードで注文する今どきのやつ。

生ビールはスーパードライ、ハイボールはブラックニッカ。濃いめ、超濃いめもタブレットで指定は可能。ただし別料金です。

まずは、鶏たたきから。ですが、ガチ生ですね。 冷凍してカンピロを弱体するタイプかもです。付け合わせの玉ねぎが新鮮（そのまま）ですから、殺菌力は強そう。

からの、焼物。うずら、はつ、ささみ、ずり、つくね、みたいな感じ。

結構それなり…。です。自分の中で、肉系全般におき“血の味ニオイ”がしたらNGに成ってしまいます。本来それほど肉が好きじゃないのかもしれません。

結局、お店選びって、雰囲気であったり、お値段であったり、使い勝手だったり自らの満点から、どこまで妥協できるかに成ってくると思います。型にハマりそう...
