When I walked into the restaurant, I tried to be friendly by nodding my head. It was a typical open-concept counter with seating that overlooked the kitchen. After ordering, I thought everything was fine. Once my noodles arrived, I wanted to add some seasoning spices. Unfortunately, I didn’t look carefully at how they were supposed to be used and ended up pouring the whole bottle of spices into my noodles.
