This location is very popular, being right on Shibuya crossing, but we didn't mind the wait to be seated. The food was good and the robots bringing the plates were so much fun. Only thing is, all the drinks at the refill station were so watered down they tasted pretty much just like water (except for the coffee). This is a family restaurant with many sucursal all along Japan. Is very convenience if you don't want to spend a lot of money. Pretty good stop for quick and decent food, not too expensive. Contrary to many reviews, a view of the scramble is very hit and miss - if you don't get a seat by the right windows you're out of luck.
