Stopped by about an hour before they closed and the owner was really friendly and was explaining to us how to eat the noodles. We liked how we could adjust the spice level with the chilli on the table. It was delicious and not too heavy. The chicken broth at the end was a very nice way to end the meal - the ginger helped cut through the grease. It was perfect with an ice cold beer.

The taste of the abura soba was delicious, and the service was kind and polite. Very clean and well-maintained space inside.

The only point, as others mentioned, is that there were not many toppings on the noodles (ex. meat). However, the noodles themselves were very tasty - springy, medium thickness, and able to hold the flavor of the sauce very well.
