Worst customer service experienced in Japan.

Rude and unprofessional manager threatened to call the police on customers who had provided life support to an unconscious lady.

After preventing the lady from aspirating and maintaining her airway, we stabilised her waiting for the ambulance team to arrive and take her to hospital.

Whilst surrounding tables were moved from the area, we were left to sit at our table surrounded by vomit for the remainder of the evening.

Manager threatened to call police on doctors who saved another customer's life.

A guest at a next door table collapsed during our meal and two doctors in our party attended to them until an ambulance arrived. They were unable to to finish their meal.

The manager offered a 2% discount without explanation, thanks, or apology. We explained that this was not an appropriate response to the situation. He threatened to call the police.
