Horrible! Zero stars isn’t an option so I had to put 1 star. I won’t be back. I’ve been to many pubs of this brand all throughout Japan and this was by far the worst in terms of service. Door staff was great but I can’t say the same for any of the other staff. We were in with the intention of celebrating a birthday, we are Hub members and had a birthday coupon offer by Hub. We had planned to stay the evening but bar staff that took our order this evening 15/07/2023 were very rude and difficult, that staff even put up a fuss when presenting the birthday coupon offered by Hub. If you have ever been to the 82 Ale House, or their sister brand the Hub, you know what you are getting into. With a British pub decore, cheap pints, and sports and videos on the TV, it is a nice taste of home. It is also one of the largest 82 Ale Houses with a lounge area with views of Tokyo Skytree and Kinshicho station. Compared to the Hub, located in the basement, I prefer the 82 Ale House for the views and more...

This place is absolutely amazing. It is located on the fourth floor in Lotte building, about a minute walk from station. I have tried HUB a couple times but this time 82. I came around 230 pm, I was the first customer. Ordered three whisky at reasonable price. These are all about 5000 yen per bottle. Amazing to try out whiskey from plenty of them. I would like to try their food next time. Recommend to sit by window.

They serve several whisky that rarely found in other pub and their chicken wings sauce just fantastic. Nice vibe, reasonable price, and definitely a go to British pub in the area.
