Hokkaido Ramen Himuro — Restaurant in Tokyo

Walked passed this place a couple times and it was always packed with locals. I didn’t think it would be amazing because the rating on tabelog wasn’t so high but for me the food was a 5/5.

I got the miso ramen and it was delicious!!! It was a whiter miso ramen than the other redder miso ramen I’ve tasted at other restaurants. I really enjoyed it to the last drop. the noodles were delicious and the veges were perfect for the ramen.

Stayed around Skytree and wandered into this small ramen shop for dinner. Was completely blown away by the flavours, quantity and fast service. I enjoyed it so much that I visited again. The food was unbelievable tasty, the broth flavoursome and the ramen just the right consistency.

I tried the Sapporo ramen.. the curly noodles, I rarely find with the right level of doneness.. plus you can add garlic.. the fried chicken and gyoza are worth trying, especially eating with the soup.. so yummy..
