Aburasoba Tokyo Aburagumi Sohonten Omorigumi — Restaurant in Tokyo

I came for an early lunch on a weekend. It's a chain shop and the one in Shibuya is always busy so I wanted to try this one since there was no line.

Ordering is done by machine at the front and then you hand the ticket to the cooks behind the counter. The price is very reasonable and what you'd expect for a bowl of noodles.

Everything is basically the same as a normal ramen shop but there were explanations about the benefits of abura soba compared to ramen which I thought was interesting.
