Stumbled upon this authentic ramen shop whilst looking for dinner, absolutely packed most of the time but worth the wait (10-15min at most) Ramen noodles cooked to your liking, (firm, normal, soft) and soup thickness and fat is chosen based on your preference (would recommend getting all normal if it's your first time trying) Might look rushed inside but enjoy the food at your own pace! Absolute gem located in centre of Akihabara, give it a try if you're around this area.

Susuru, one of ramen youtuber recommend this ramen store, then I decided come, but soup taste is very normal without any difference and unique ness compared with others, which is not good point,like tasteless, also not hot soup, Char siu and seawood is pretty good, in conclusion, I like especially ingredients, I don't like whole taste, maybe will not come again.

家系のラーメン店ですが、周辺の他の店舗と比較しても昼夜問わず行列が出来る程の人気店です。店内はカウンター席のみで席数も10席程度と多くはありません。盛り付けの見た目はいずれの家系のラーメンと特に遜色は無いですが、スープはまろやかで塩気がきつくなく、またくどすぎず程よく麺と絡むため、最後まで美味しくいただくことが出来ました。モチモチした麺の食感もよかったです（但し、弾力にややムラがあり、一部で弾力が強すぎる感じがしました）。クセが強すぎないためその店ならではの特徴的なものが弱いですが、誰でも気軽に利用できるラーメン店だと思います。 It is one of the "Ie-kei (家系)" ramen restaurant, but it is so popular that people line up day and night, compared to other restaurants in the area. There are only counter seats in the restaurant, and not many seats (about 10). The appearance of the dish is not particularly inferior to that of any other house style ramen. However, the broth was mild, not too salty and not too harsh, and it mixed well with the noodles, so I was able to enjoy it all the way through. The texture of the chewy noodles was also good (however, the elasticity was a little uneven, and I felt that the elasticity was too strong in some parts). It's not too peculiar, so it's not very unique, but I think it's a ramen restaurant that anyone can easily use.

Pretty easy as a foreigner. I used Google Translate on the vending machine to order and got in line. The employee will come out and ask you some questions about how you want it prepared (using a page with English translations you can point to), and then they will collect your ticket. When you get to the front of the line the employee will tell you which seat to sit in, and that's all you need to do, the food will be served in front of you. The only thing they could improve on if they want to be more welcoming to foreigners is to include English translations on the ticket vending...

There's always a queue whenever I walked past this shop so decided to pop in when I noticed there were available seats. This shop caters mainly to locals as there is no english menu. Despite the language barrier, the service was friendly. The ramen, though, is so-so to my palate. Wouldn't mind it if I wanted something hot and filling but I wouldn't queue for it. As mentioned by others, they provide a free bowl of rice if you want it and there are pickles and various other seasonings on...
