Bar TRIAD — Restaurant in Tokyo

Would highly recommend, but a funny story about how I arrived here.

Initially was visiting another bar owned by the org that owns this place (Bar Trench) the night before, but we couldn't get seats due to it being full capacity. The host kindly recommended we check their website and book a reservation, which I did on the spot and booked for the following night.

Upon arrival to this place, I ended up reuniting with the same host from Bar Trench, only he was the bartender/mixologist for this establishment! What followed was an amazing round of incredible drinks.

The picture in my review includes the following drinks: Apple soiree (left), Hoji-chai Milk Punch (center), and the Overnight Delivery (right). We ordered several drinks throughout the night (ordered the Fig Out, finished someone else's Monkey Tonic) to cap off our 60-75 minute stay.

Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tokyo.

We went on a Sunday night after visiting their sister bar, Trench. It has a similar vibe to Trench — warm and cozy, but sophisticated. I enjoyed how the experience starts at the entrance and how it feels like you are being transported to a different world when going up the elevator. The service was decent but nothing exceptional. Small place and can definitely get filled up quickly! The tables are very close to each other and the seats are a bit uncomfortable. I think sitting at the bar would be a far better experience. I ordered the French Tea Martini, Cheese & Fig, and Katsu-Sando which all tasted very good! Overall, it’s a good place for a date or girls night out. I enjoyed visiting. I had one of the liqueurs that the waiter helpfully described to me and even gave me a sample of to try first. It tasted good.

The venue was beautiful and well decorated. It was decorated like old American bars, I think, which I really liked.

The service was quite high-quality. He was knowledgeable about the drinks and could provide good advice.

Even the toilet was beautifully decorated!

My only recommendation would be to lower the volume of the music. It was a bit too loud for the atmosphere in the bar. Otherwise,...
