Worst restaurant experience in Japan and probably in my life.
The owner who was our waiter was incredibly rude to us and our friends. Not greeting us when we arrived, pointing fingers at things we needed to do without a "please" and making my friend beg for a wet towel among other things. I wanted my friends to discover French cuisine and what a disappointment it was.
After years in Japan the owner definitely not learn anything about omotenashi.
The name of the restaurant "Le Parisien" is on point though, very similar to the welcome you can get in some of the worst restaurants of our French capital.
I advise anyone who wants a warm welcome and atmosphere to go to another restaurant, there are plenty of good French...

They have a little area outside where you can sit if the weather is good and the inside of the restaurant is nicely decorated. The staff were very helpful and friendly when assisting me select what I wanted to order. Excellent range of wine but I let the host choose a glass for me and was not disappointed.
