I've been here twice and both times the customer service was top tier. (I can imagine some fans or customers can be a bit troublesome, but the staff were all polite.) We were never rushed out and I actually saw the staff carry a baby carriage up the stairs! (I almost never see that in Japan!) The drinks are delicious and cakes are good, but the purple donut is very hard. It goes well with hot drinks but might be unexpected for some. (I like donuts with a thicker consistency so for me it was fine.) If you want to watch endless BTS videos, this place is for you. Customers were all ages and ethnicities and no one was rude to anyone. It's funny that my daughter and my friends all agreed--the store manager looks like Park Seo-joon. Read moreOnly come if you like BTS haha. Its not a K-Pop cafe - its a Bangtan cafe (which is great for me! 4/5 for food because its all small sweets no savory. I got the mini donuts which are probaby like Regular/Strawberry and Lemon. More like cakey not like soft airy fluffy. 4/5 for atmosphere because while I LOVE Bangtan and the music - its a bit loud haha. Vanilla latte was good. And i got 2 stickers with my order! (2 drinks and 1 food) Lots of seating (2 levels) and its decked out in bangtan everywhere. Has toilets and free wifi! I'll probably be coming 1x a month to treat myself because my drinks were 750 each and they were kinda small - but yummy (so a bit pricey). Seems like they decorate for the members bdays and festa so I'll be back for birthdays and...

We went to sit down as told, two other people came in after us and were able to order right away. As a foreigner visiting, it felt really uncomfortable to visit such...
