Burger's入谷 — Restaurant in Tokyo

I’m not sure if this was just a bad day when we went but honestly this burger was horrible. every ingredient in the burger was frozen, from the tomatoes, to the lettuce, onion, everything. even the cheese wasn’t melted. The patty oozed out water as if it had been put straight on the grill from the freezer. Even the fries were just from a frozen bag. Nothing looked anything like the photos. I really hate to leave such a harsh review but this was very disappointing and extremely overpriced for what we received, particularly considering we couldn’t even eat...

I’m not a burger person, but I have had very good burgers, so this place feels very mediocre to me. I ordered Iriya Cheese Burger, with default meat sauce. First I think the buns are not good, the texture is not great, they taste like the very cheap bread you can find in retro grocery stores. Then meat sauce on patty just takes away the taste of the beef (which is not bad I suppose) completely, so I don’t think that’s a very good combination. Overall a bit overpriced also. I don't know what the other customer had, but I ordered an Iriya burger and it was awful for multiple reasons. Over thick spongy bread not wide enough to handle, over cooked tiny paddy, plain sauce, ingredient of low quality and portions very small for the price it cost. There are waaaay better places even nearby if you want to eat a good burger, google them and don't waste your time or money here just because it is close to the station. Feel sorry...
