Still rooms for improvement but I feel to give 5 stars as an incentive and to prize the quality of ingredients, the originality of offer and theit efforts. It is not common to find vegan crepes in Japan, let alone organic and with this variety of tastes. Recently they introduced some sandwiches. I tried the tandoori vegan chicken and it was delicious. What I feel it lacked of was presentation. For such a high price (1400 yen for a small sandwich) you would expect at least a few side food and decoration. Talking with staff they said they actually recognize it and are working on an improvement. Looking forward to it. Same come for the crepes, in my opinion they could add a few berries and make them a bit sweetner in the dough as it feel to me it lack of sweet taste to appeal a wider audience other than those who look for healthy food, that are a small niche here in Japan (talking of "real healthy food" not "marketing-wise healthy food"). It accommodates max of 6 people, the lady who runs the store is a super sweet person and you can communicate with her in English without using a translator.
As the menu is fully vegan, you should try it at least once before or after shopping around the block.
