Great place to visit if you are looking for authentic and excellent ramen! This place only serves one type of ramen dish with the possibility to adjust by either adding ginger, bean sprouts, waton or more pork. We took two standard ramen and also their homemade dumplings which were good! As a tourist, this feelt like a local place but the staff where good at english and made us feel very welcomed!

2018年6月 中華そば700円 大盛り200円 計900円を頂く。 塩とんこつ的なこのスープ、まろやかな口当たりだが、豚の旨味がじっくり出てて、匂いも良くてとても美味しい。縮れ中細麺はプリプリプツプツ歯応えよくスープとよく絡んでこれも美味しい。大盛りはけっこうな量で、腹ぺこで臨むも胃がかなり押し込まれた。 リピートすると、さらにこのラーメンの旨さにハマっていきそうです。----------2021年1月 休日の14:00頃訪問。中華麺750円を注文。スープをすすれば豚の風味がグっと来るが、後口に塩味と甘味が濃厚にじんわりと押し寄せて来る。塩豚骨というべきか、独特で後引くスープ。妙に旨い。旨味調味料がしっかり効いている。後半この濃い味に若干ダレて来るが、紅生姜が味を締めてくれて飽きない設計となっている。縮れ中細麺はプリプリプツプツ歯応えよくスープとよく絡んでこれも美味しい。子供の頃に食べたラーメンになんとなく似ています。こういうのを懐かしいラーメンというんでしょうね。==========2025年7月、休日の16:00頃訪問。店内に先客は3名いらっしゃる。着座して中華麺950円に大盛り150円を付けて口頭注文すれば、待つこと3分で着丼となった。鶏ガラの匂いがブワッと立ち昇るスープ。以前は豚ガラがメインと感じていたが、今日はすごく鶏の風味を感じる。逆に豚ガラはあまり感じない。そしてしっかりパンチがあって、これはおそらくうま味調味料由来と思われるが、満足度が非常に高い。鶏の風味が強くて、しかも味もビシッとパワフルなラーメンは私はほとんど知らなくて、したがってこのお店は唯一無二だと思う。麺はグニっと外殻が硬めの歯応えで、芯に向かってモッソリと抵抗し、最後はプツっと歯切れる。硬さと軟らかさと粉感を有する非常に官能的な食感で、またスープともよく合っていると感じる。大盛りとした麺量はたっぷりで、ズバズバとすすっていく心地よさにしばし陶然となる。中盤以降、次第に紅生姜がスープに溶け出すのもいい。素敵なナチュラル味変だ。チャーシューはややパッサリ、メンマも味薄い。だが麺とスープの主役感が強いこのラーメンにおいては大勢に影響はない。ごちそうさまでした。大いに満足しました。

The broth is like grandmothers’ chicken soup. The ramen is the perfect texture and they were so generous with the bean sprouts. I love to support the hardworking small eateries where the owners oversee all aspects of your meal to make sure it’s right.
