Cafe Stay Happy — Restaurant in Tokyo

I hosted my birthday party at this venue, it was 4000¥ for all you can drink + food buffet for 2 hours (20 people) . Which seemed like a great deal but the problem was there wasn’t much food for the amount of people, half of my friends had to eat afterwards.

After our two hours were over in order to stay a little longer we had to buy drinks which is absolutely fine!! but of course it took a moment to manage the group, say goodbye to those who were leaving and those who wanted to stay buy drinks . After a little moment we sat down and relaxed ( we all had drinks ) and heard the owner complaing to other customers about us next to us!... it turned the evening sour very quickly. We of course got up and left as we felt very unwelcome even though we all still had our glasses full...

Frankly, I don't wanna give even 1 star. All staffs(seems like owners) didn't wear the mask at all, very rude. When my friend tried to help him to arrange the cups, he seems upset suddenly. and when it doesn't go as he wants, he just bullies to move the bottles and cups. During he rearranges them, I saw him "to PUT HIS FINGER INTO OUR WATER BOTTLE." Even without any virus, to put the finger into someone's cup or bottle is very very rude. and I felt they don't care about customer's life.(I mean, 命) So I complained I cannot eat anything here because they didn't wear the masks and careless. but they charged for all drinks. even tho we cannot enjoy anything. I was thinking of trying this place again since it has been three years, but now seeing reviews that say the staff and owner don't wear masks... No thanks. This place deserves an overall lower rating.
