This lovely little restaurant serves the best Sri Lankan food in Tokyo, hands down. We ordered their signature spicy chicken and vegetable curry that came with some wonderful sides and add-on spices, the pork stir-fry was divine and the chicken biryani was the first in Tokyo that truly reminded me of Indian biryani. The shop is also famous for its Ceylon Tea selection with multiple flavors like vanilla, cinnamon and more.

Apparently, The place was on Japanese TV and I also found a warm recommendation on it on the new Chikyu no Arukikata guide for Tokyo - in this case both recommendations can’t be more true. It’s a gem and a meal you...

Ceylondrop provides you the finest tea that is harvested in Sri Lanka in many flavours, varieties... Also it has wide range of mouthwatering Sri Lankan dishes in reasonable rates too. As a Sri Lankan I can recommend this place to you, which is near suidobashi JR station, Tokyo. Also the owner Mr. Velu is very friendly and kind person. Came by before a concert at Tokyo Dome, they had seating while other nearby cafes were full. The coconut pancakes were delicious and paired perfectly with the tea recommended by the staff.

Tea pot was also an incredibly generous size. Great service, great location, great tea & food. Was so happy to have chanced upon this...
