We visited this restaurant after checking online that it closes at 3:00 PM; however, our experience did not live up to the expectations set by their posted hours. We arrived well within operating hours at 2:28 PM, only to be informed that the last order must be placed 30 minutes before closing. This policy was neither stated online nor conveyed clearly until our arrival, which was frustrating as it contradicted the posted closing time.
It would be highly beneficial for future patrons if the restaurant updated their online information to reflect that the last seating or order is at 2:30 PM. This clarity would help avoid any potential inconvenience and ensure that customers do not miss out on other dining opportunities, as we did. Additionally, the interaction with the staff was unsatisfactory and did not meet the standard of customer service expected at any establishment.
Improving these aspects of communication and service would greatly enhance the dining experience and customer...
Read moreWith some expectations seen the rating I went to see for myself if the place lived for it. Restaurant is not easy to see at first is located next to what Google maps shows. Inside the restaurant is nice but dark. A bit softer and more widespread light would be great. The staff was friendly and helpful no issues in the service at any point. The food now: The naan presented itself very nice, levitation of the dough was wonderful and the curry was a nice and balaced butter chicken! The drinks were also good and the prices were accessible. I only found 2 small problems. I was served a lone chicken piece which I assume should be grilled or in the oven, but the meat was tough... It takes skill to make a thigh that hard without even getting any scorch outside, it looked like boiled... The salad was covered with premade sauce and the amount was a bath... So to be honest these were both a letdown. All and all 4 is a fair rating. There is room...
Read moreA very good place, quiet and offering very good food. Their effort and strive for quality is visible. I had the Chadi dinner set with mutton curry and tandoori and tika chicken, followed by an excellent masala chai. Meat was very tasty and scrumptious, and the garlic naan had real pieces of garlic. The curry was ok, my only two objections being: first, I like a stronger mutton taste, and second, their “ super hot” barely passes as mild hot in my book. Stronger mutton taste I don’t think they would ir should do, since the Japanese don’t eat much mutton. However, I think they can trust the request for super hot, and give it in full.😁 people who ask for hot, probably can take it. Other than these, food and chai were really very...
