We stay at Henn Na Hotel couple of years back. Hence we are stay here again for the close proximity to Hamamatsucho Station where you can board the monorail train to Haneda Airport. It’s basically a self-serv hotel from check-in till you check-out. Unless you require human assistance, you can ring for them. The hotel has converted the 2nd floor for hotel guests to self-deposit their luggage with build-in securing devices which we find it a good convenient service. It’s great when you arrived early and can deposit and secure your luggage until such time when your hotel room is ready for check-in. Each hotel room is equipped with a LG Styler (Steam Clothing Care System) which is another good equipment for hotel guests to steam and refresh their clothings rather than needing to go through a washing machine and a dryer. All at the convenience of your own hotel room. These are the 3 main positive factors to stay here. We are rather disappointed at the really small room layout where you couldn’t even have space to open your check-in luggage unless it on the bed. The bed mattress is thin and firm, while the pillows are thin and filled with beans like materials. The pillows a tad too hard and flat for our comfort, thus giving us a hard time getting a good night rest. Was also disappointed that the bedroom slipper is not a new disposal pair (common for other hotels) but a used disinfected pair. This is beyond my hygiene preference. Depends on your needs and expectations, but we will likely not be staying here next time we are in Tokyo. Was rather disappointed compared to our stay here a couple of years back. There’s improvements but the cons still outweigh the...

Overall, a Great Value for your money if you are only looking for a hotel with minimal amenities. Hotel has no pool, gym, travel help desk to assist you. This hotel is pretty much 100% self-service. I booked to rooms on the top floor for my family of 6. As a visitor to Japan I found the self-service a plus because everything can be done by yourself. All the kiosk have multiple language to help you. Hotel has all the main features to help your travels: Laundry room, luggage room, small community kitchette with sink and microwave, ice machines, etc.. The downstairs restaurant was perfect for daily buffet breakfast which I highly recommend to use and was complimentary with my purchase. The restaurant is open at nights also for dinners but I did not use it then. The room is small and cozy and very clean. The room is about the size of a cruise ship cabin. Bathroom was larger than I expected. Coming from the USA the room had plenty of USB port provided and had USA standard 110 volt outlets which is a huge plus. The location of this hotel is perfect next to subway station, Tokyo Tower, and Ginza shopping district. If you are looking to for a nice clean space to stay at night with minimal hotel amenities I would...

I had an incredible experience at Henn Na Hotel Hamamatsucho. I stayed for a full 7 days and whilst the rooms were on the smaller side, it was the best place I could have stayed in Tokyo. The staff were extremely kind and helpful, going out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible.

The location of this hotel is very close to Hamamatsucho and Daimon station, just across the road! This made our travels very efficient and easy to navigate. The Haneda Airport train line's last stop is at Hamamatsucho station so it is in a prime location for those late night arrivals into Tokyo.

One point I would like to bring to the attention of the management is that some drawers under the beds were locked, so there was nowhere to place our clothes. I would have enjoyed my stay better, had we been able to utilise the space more efficiently. Also, perhaps providing some moisturiser along with the body wash, shampoo and conditioner would be good as I found the body wash stripped my skin and made it very dry after an extended period of time.

I will be staying here again the next time I come to Japan! Thank you for the best time Henn...

I feel like it was the best choice for Tokyo/Minato. Location is just perfect, a few min walk to the train which will take you everywhere, including direct trip to the airport in 20 min. Very quiet area with lovely restaurants and cafes. (I recommend the small restaurant downstairs, great food and lovely friendly staff ā¤ļø) Couldn't hear any external and internal noises. The check- in was very easy and fast, loved the cute robots ā¤ļøšŸ¤–šŸŽƒ The staff is instantly available and very helpful if you call number in the lobby. Room was very small, which is normal in Tokyo, but ultra clean, well organized and it had fantastic LG styler steam closet. There's a space for luggage under the bed, super duper toilet and all necessary toiletries. Perfect for ppl who travel light, not with oversized suitcases. Bed was very comfy and large enough for 2 ppl. Had a great stay and highly recommend for an easy and perfectly located compact accomodation. Btw, if you travel to Japan and can't sleep on hard pillows, bring your own inflated pillow.
