I found the ordering process a bit confusing. When I arrived, there were a few empty seats, and no one was waiting in line in front of me, so I wasn’t sure whether I should wait outside or come in. One of the best coffee tasted so far at Tokyo. The environment is truly comfy, relaxing and amazing. Ordered the iced soy latte, it’s great that the soy milk goes very well with the espresso shots. The espresso shots are floral taste and not too acidic. Not a heavy body too. Straw is made with bamboo which is very unique. The matcha tart is made with good quality matcha powder, that’s not too sweet and not too bitter, with strong matcha taste. It’s wiped cream on top, not the ice cream.
