We arrived very tired after a very early flight and a long day of travel from Australia. We received a warm welcome, were given all the hotel information and some complimentary noodles. Great spot close to two stations. Yes, as others have said, our room was tiny. We managed quite well by putting our cases open under the bed. Easy to get things out of. The bed was comfortable, water was hot, WiFi good and we had a kettle to make our own tea/coffee. Towels clean and no smell in bathroom. We stayed 4 nights and had our room serviced once on a day we had chosen. You can, however, get fresh towels daily if you want. There is a coffee shop next door where we had breakfast each day. Read moreThe hotel is very new and clean, the staff is very nice and polite. We asked for the luggages reserve and they help us to keep it with signs that allowed us to identify ours luggage, more importantly the staff serve us with water right away we get into the entrance in the hot summer weather, it was touching and wonderful. Though after closing the hotel door I won’t hear the noise from outside but the stairs hallway would give me a little bit scary feature as I was alone. In conclusion, it’s still an...

One thing to note is that, unlike most hotels in Japan, they are unable to assist with shipping your luggage. Instead, they suggest visiting a convenience store to handle the shipping yourself. If you're traveling to multiple destinations in Japan and planning to travel hands-free, this might pose...
