I don’t usually write reviews but this place is awful. My boyfriend and i looked this place up online before coming in to see what kind of massages we could get. When my boyfriend and I showed up we were confused because the online prices didn’t match what we were being shown. My boyfriend showed the staff the online quote and we were able to get the 60 min massage as advertised. The online price was significantly less than what we were shown in the shop so maybe that explains the poor service I received. Please take down the online offer if it’s too low for you to care about what you are doing? When I went into the room I offered to take off my clothes and was told not to. The staff member massaged me over my clothes with towels on top of me. Online it said it was an “aroma therapy massage” and what I was given was a very hard, over my clothing massage. I have scoliosis so my back is uneven and tight in certain places. The staff member massaged me very hard and was unnecessarily rough without consideration of how my bones are arranged. She kept massaging directly on my spine, which was very painful. She also did things to one side of body and not the other. I am extremely sore on my right shoulder and hope I can recover soon. Also, like other reviews said, the staff members are talking to each other the entire time and the curtains are open.

My boyfriend on the other hand, had a better experience. He was massaged with his clothes off and asked what type of massage he wanted. He was also asked to flip on his back and be massaged on his face and head. Not sure if it’s because we are foreigners or they were upset by the online price. I came in hoping to get a massage for my sore muscles during vacation and now I am worse and need to recover. I would not recommend this place …or maybe that staff...

Had the most fateful experience coming here! I was looking for somewhere I could get a late night massage, and found this place. It is not actually 24 hours UNLESS you make a reservation, which I did not.

So when I arrived, the elevator did not work. None of the floors did. So I started at the elevator wondering if I made a mistake here at 11pm, and was about to go home when a nice lady walks up to me and asks if I'm trying to use the elevator.

I say yes, and she asks what floor. I say the 9th, and she asks what kind of massage I want. Here's where I go, OH. Turns out, she was coming back because she was unsure she had locked up properly for the night, and thought, "people don't normally stare at elevators like that." XD

Wonderful massage! Just what I needed for sore muscles after lots of walking.

The reservation system was easy to use. There is an elevator that opens right to the spa.

Upon entering, I removed my shoes and was given sandals to wear. I was offered the restroom and a locker for my items. The massage are is sectioned off with curtains, and the table has plastic and towels for covering. I was given disposable underwear and a bin for my clothes in the massage area.

The therapist explained that it would be 30 minutes each back, legs, and feet. She checked in with me multiple times during the massage to make sure the pressure was ok (very firm, which I like) and used hot towels to remove the oil after each section. It was one of the best massages I’ve had, with care given to extra tight spots like my shoulders and calves.
