I absolutely adore this place. It is perhaps my favorite restaurant I've visited. Something about the warmth of the dish and the cheese is just comforting and familiar. My only complaint and it is a minor one is the ordering system. I found it quite difficult to navigate as a non native Japanese speaker. With a little help from google translate I was able to muddle my way through. But, I can see how it would be interdating for some travelers. I think an added English translation to the ordering tablet is needed. Even if it's as simple as a google translate version which isn't perfect would be a step in the right direction and make the gap easier for travelers. Nice cheese fondue, but seriously no English option (okay in my case, but seriously people, it's 2024 and we have auto translation!) then we ordered some food and after 5 minutes got told it's sold out, even though the tablet order form itself already had lots of things being sold out. Really annoying... Do not recommend at all if you don't want any hassle.
