AGIO — Restaurant in Tokyo

Dont waste your money here. Been dining here for years but first time I encountered this very rude manager. Is it a big deal to reject a seat because you know the table is damaged? Been seated on that same table and i always dreaded the experience! Like it was inclined so when you put your plate there the food is not balance! The manager was so bitter accepting my rejection and she clearly showed us she was mad by aggressively moving the chairs and tables. And facing her back on us when we were leaving the place. We paid 17000++ en and we only got her anger. The food were bland today, chicken was dry and the new pizza is not good either. Our clan will no longer go to this restaurant. The portions are embarrassingly small. First, the soup that comes with lunch is barely a few spoonfuls. Delicious but, what’t the point? Only the bolognese is served on a tiny plate (when asked for parmesan cheese I was told there would be an extra charge, which also considering the tiny portion, makes it even more embarrassing) For reference, the other pasta is served on bigger plates, with slightly bigger portions too, with peperonccino being the biggest (which also tells me they are simply being cheapskates with the meat)

I recently dined at this delightful pasta restaurant and was thoroughly impressed! Lunch Set was valuable.
