I had the dark roast black coffee made from Burundi Kibingo FW beans, paired with a beautiful slice of pudding. The coffee had a rich and balanced bitterness with notes of deep cacao and a hint of dried fruits—bold yet refined. It lingered with a clean finish, showcasing the roaster’s expertise in dark roasting.

I have been to three Coffee County locations and I am always so excited to see what they are doing. This one near Shimokitazawa is like entering a different world. In a quiet unassuming neighborhood you enter into what reminds me of a really cool adobe architecture modern cave. The service is exceptional and relaxed. There seem to be pop up shops from other businesses (this time a flower shop) which was very nice. The quality of the coffee was really high and all the details thoughtful and aesthetic. A destination coffee shop that will transport you. I am really excited...

Such a cute little Cafe! They have a few varieties of coffee blends- and a lot of information about the sourcing and growing conditions of each coffee origin. You get your cup of coffee with a brochure that explains these details, which I found really interesting.
