Craft Curry Brothers Shibuya — Restaurant in Tokyo

After dreaming about my favorite curry in Japan for two years, finally managed to make it back, this time at their second location with a store front, indoor seating and new menu items and convenient ordering machine. Still an immaculate experience and the curry was just as good as I remembered, but this time complete with a punchy flavorful garlic chip wagyu beef curry that hit me so hard in the flavor department I almost had tears of joy running down my face. I’m so happy that these curry bros are continuously innovating and kicking butts. Worth every penny and the trek, this level of tasty is the stuff to live for.

Btw their curry mix despite being expensive, is extremely good, and the only way to bring a bit of that flavor back...

On our first day of our holiday in Tokyo (1rst of May), we found this restaurant by chance and had our first encounter and exchange with Japanese people in that restaurant. Besides the warm ambiance and the very delicious food, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, 2 very friendly, polite and helpful cook and waiter. Through their open-minded attitude and the resulting discussion on japanese curry, herbs, music, countries and habits, we had a wonderfully positive 1rst impression of Japan. Wow! This is already the second time I’ve had the chance to enjoy the super rich and spicy curry rice in Tokyo. This place is absolutely amazing!

For all curry lovers out there, you must not miss this spot. Friendly service and lightning-fast serving. Today, we loved it so much that we had 3 dishes!

And that’s not all—the chef was kind enough to serve us free Wagyu beef!
