Have been to the one in N. CA, USA, and always thought the soup base was greasy and extremely salty. Decided to give this one in Tokyo a try. Much better soup base, not as greasy and salty, more flavor. Liked their noodles which were thinner and al dente. 5年ぶりに恵比寿　山頭火へ 飲みたくなるスープの塩ラーメンを注文 チャーシュー、めんま、ネギ、ナルト、キクラゲ、梅干し、海苔 白濁豚骨スープが、程よい塩気で、スープとしての力も発揮 胡椒を少し足すが、山頭火は、ほとんど味を変えないのが、自分流の食べ方 スープを飲みながら、麺と具を摘んでいく 店内は、一階L字にカウンターで、注文は、席で行うスタイル 二階席もあるが、利用した事は無い。 昼過ぎに行ったが、有名店は、お客さんが切れない。 まだ暑い時期だからか、ラーメンと、汁なしまぜそば系が半々くらい注文されていた。
