They have English menus here so you can ask for it if needed. I included pictures of the English menu. The Japanese menu has teishoku meal sets (定食), which weren't included in the English menu. Also included a picture.

If you're looking for a gyoza dumpling place in Hiroo, this is a great option. Their "juicy" meat gyoza is truly juicy. They have fried gyoza and also water dumplings. I also got their gyoza chicken wing which was very interesting. Like a chicken drum filled with gyoza inside (but it's the wing). Their homemade char sieu (roast pork) was very tender and flavorful as well.

Tried their homemade egg pudding, which was similar to a flan but thicker.

The service was good (of course, you need to ask "すみません" to order and if you need anything).
