It's a great and nice place. The bread and sweet stuff taste very good. The staff are nice and caring. The atmosphere and deging is also pleasant. The science lab coffee making motivated me to drink coffee and I loved it. The four stars is mainly because I expected to have no plastic knife and cutleries esp while sitting there. It's not world friendly and a normal metal or glass ones are better. Also the tables were ok but very isolated and individualized. It would be nice for a more open space which surely gives good better feeling and experience

八王子駅南口のコンコースを抜ける手前にあります。ビックカメラの入り口に半分面しています。 バリアフリーです。 店内にイートインスペースのあるパン屋さん（デリ）です。 入り口の立て看板で目を惹いた「クリームブリュレ風デニッシュ」と、店長のお勧めとの表示のあった「ペッパーフランク（５種チーズ）」（人気ランク外）をテイクアウトしました。 まず、クリームブリュレ風デニッシュは、しっかりとした硬めのデニッシュに、柔らかいクリームブリュレが載せられており、食感の違いが楽しめますが、少々食べづらい感じがしました。 これは全く好みの問題ですが、もう少し焦がしシュガーのザラザラ感と苦味があってもいい気がします。 ペッパーフランクは、黒胡椒がしっかりと効いており、フランクフルトも肉の旨味がありますが、テイクアウトであったため、包装により、どうしても上のチーズが剥がれてしまい、せっかくのチーズが残念なことになりました。それに温めてから食べるべきでした。（私のせいですが…） 焼きたてをイートインで食すのが一番美味しくいただける（当たり前ですが）のだと思いました。思い切った胡椒使いが個性的で良かったです。 （※あくまでも個人の感想です。）

I grabbed breakast here three times on my latest trip. The pastries are self-serve: You take a tray and some tongs and choose what you like. A small cup of coffee was ¥600, but I think there was a notice saying that the first refill is only ¥100. They will not bring the coffee to your table, you have to collect it from the side counter.

They have a great twist doughnut, and delicious breakfast dogs. The one thing I wish I did try was the chocolate churro.

Their wifi didn't work on my second and third visit, but you can use the wifi from Bic...

Love it. Love the chocolate croissants and the melon buns! Everything here is fresh baked everyday! Location is good but you better come early as everything will be finished soon. They do bake again when goods are finished but not sure how much per day! It's a bit expensive but I guess it's worth it! Try it. You got...
