Dishers Shinjuku Sumitomo Building — Restaurant in Tokyo

Dishers is located on the basement floor of the Sumitomo Building. It's very easy to find, just look for the Shops and Restaurant sign and follow downstairs. The restaurant is super clean, and you can order on the tablet. English is available and some staff speak some basic English as well. We got the Hamburg Steak with Rice. You can upgrade to two or more patties, as well as the rice size and type of rice. The cauliflower rice is pretty good. I wasn't aware of this style of shop (although, as I learned later, there's another similar chain in Japan) but I visited it after finding in on Google Maps.

The menu is focused around plates with burger patties and various add-ons. (You can customize your plate as much as you like)
