I will not recommend this place. I stayed here for 9days and I paid 21250yen per night. I expected more for this price. Firstly, the housekeeping only change your towels and make your bed. They do not wash your cups, or clear the rubbish on the floor (we put near the bin), so everyday and night we clear our own trash. When I requested for new cups, they said I have to wait 30mins, i even offered to self collect the cups but they said no (i gave up in the end). Also they do not provide plain water. Some days there will be 1 or 2 flies in the room. We do not open windows, because we don't know how to. There were more occasions where their service lack but those were negligible. But this is THE WORST, one night I went to do my laundry (located at level 3) in my bathrobe and when I came back, there was a huge COCKROACH crawling into my room! I couldn't enter my room because if I open the door, it will definitely get in. I was stuck outside for a long while until my neighbour came back and was kind enough to let me dial to reception using his room phone. I can accept all other flaws but COCKROACHES is a major turn off for me when it comes to hotel rooms. The fact that there are flies and cockroaches, you cannot expect much from such stay. Anyway, just to add on, couple months prior to this I stayed at another hotel nearby, paid about the same (or lesser) and the service was fantastic. That hotel was fully booked so I tried this hotel. But I won't come back again and neither will I...

stayed here for a 1 week vacation, i don’t recommend this hotel if you are very fussy or particular about cleanliness. firstly, the bedsheets have dust and dirt on them. it looks like it hasn’t been changed or used for a very long time and it has been collecting dust- if you are allergic to dust this place is not for you it will definitely trigger your allergy reaction. secondly, they provide new bedroom slipper everyday but they throw the previous day’s bedroom slipper underneath your bed, if you are staying here for 6 days and 2 pax in the room, at the end of the trip you will have 12 bedroom slipper underneath your bed. thirdly, they don’t clean the dust buildup on the ledge on top of the bed. one thick layer of dust sits on top and will only be clean if you take a tissue and clean it yourself. lastly, the room aircon is practically useless, even at 18 degrees, it’s like a heater, the minute you open your hotel room door, it’s stuffy all the way and you can forget about complaining to the concierge or any staff because all they will do is ask you to open the window for air. even though the hotel is slightly cheaper as compared to others, the standard sucks, i would rather pay more for better service and quality. the only thing good about this hotel is the location, that’s all. the cafe at the lobby is seriously expensive, like $18 for scrambled egg with sausage breakfast

room: 807, if you get this room, you should request to change it as the aircon is...

We stayed 4 nights in the "twin deluxe" room which was a bit larger than the regular room. It was very worth it, great value. It was the most spacious room we stayed at during our Japan trip and we had plenty of floor space to spread out our large luggages to repack before we left for the airport. The bathroom was also large with a great toilet with the works -- usual bidet functions, heated seats, automatic opening/closing lid, lights. The massage chair was also great to use after a long day of walking. We were on the 3rd floor which is where the laundry room and vending machines were -- SO convenient! The front desk service was also very helpful and let us exchange bills for 100 yen coins to use the laundry. They also helped us send our luggage forward to the airport ahead of time and for a reasonable price so we could travel with our hands free. Bottom line -- great value, comfort, and convenience. Surrounded by convenience stores, restaurants, shopping, and just a couple of short blocks to the Shinjuku train station. Would absolutely stay here again if we ever visit Japan again in the future.

I stayed at this hotel for five days and four nights in a single room. It’s about a 10-minute walk from Shinjuku JR Station. The facilities inside the hotel feel a bit old, and the carpet looks quite worn, but overall, everything is clean. There are Lawson and 7-Eleven convenience stores nearby, and the area has a lively nightlife with plenty of restaurants and izakayas. There’s even a GIGO arcade, which is great for travelers who enjoy a bustling atmosphere. The best part is the spacious room—you can fully open a 28-inch suitcase and still have space to move around, which is a huge plus if you love shopping. The only downside is that you have to step up to enter the bathroom, and the step is quite high (see attached photo with a trash bin for reference). After a long day of walking, it’s a bit tiring to keep stepping up and down to use the bathroom. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for guests with sore legs or elderly travelers.

The hotel that is located right in the shinjuku West area where the majority of the food is located. Not far from the JR station as well as the Keio station. I simply took the airport bus from the airport to shinjuku West Station and walked over within minutes. This was my 2nd time staying in the hotel, the room seems to have upgrade than the last time I stayed there, or maybe my memory was wrong. I like it alot better this time and for such good value being in the heart of the city. The amenities are sufficient, thou I was quite confused with male version of Lotion and such so I ended up putting everything on afterward 😆 It is right next to a Lawson so you can get almost anything u may need just steps away. The hotel stay I booked included breakfast so it was easy and simple for the morning not needing to find food by myself.
