Fuku Sushi — Restaurant in Tokyo

This was, without a doubt, the best sushi I’ve ever had! This small, cozy spot is run by an older couple who truly know their craft. Even though there was a bit of a language barrier, they welcomed us with warmth and kindness.

As soon as we sat down, we were served a steaming cup of green tea—perfect for the chilly weather outside. Then came a delicious miso soup with ostrich, which was a unique and flavorful surprise.

The sushi itself was perfection. The tuna roll was fresh and perfectly balanced, while Nigri with tuna was melt-in-your-mouth amazing. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and carefully prepared.

--その2-- ランチにぎりいただきました。 食べごたえもあり美味しいです。あいかわらずコスパは抜群です。 こちらのお店で感じたことは、お客さんのほとんどが、にぎり注文。 他店では海鮮丼を頼む人を多く見ますが、海鮮丼を食べている人を見たことがありません。 こちらの職人さんのシャリは好みですが大きめです。食の細い方やシャリ小が好みの方はシャリ小いさめでお願いしたほうがよいです。 1.5人前はかなりの量でしたので普通にぎりでも食べごたえあります。

営業時間はよくわかりませんが、 水曜日が定休日 昼は1130〜ネタ切れか客足次第？ 夜は1700〜のようですが、客足や予約次第で仕入れの都合もあり事前予約してお店に相談したほうが良さそうです。 錦糸町駅、菊川駅からも少し離れていますが良い穴場なお店だと思います。絶対にオススメです。
