Fukutoku — Restaurant in Tokyo

We recently visited this small Japanese restaurant and, unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. We tried the ramen, garlic fried rice, and fried vegetables, but none of the dishes met our expectations.

The ramen lacked flavor and was overall bland. As a garlic lover, I was looking forward to the garlic fried rice, but the garlic was overwhelming and poorly balanced. The fried vegetables were also underwhelming, lacking any distinct taste.
