We stayed here for two weeks last November, and we’re staying again this summer!
This is hands down my favorite hotel in Tokyo. The value for money is unbeatable. The location is convenient and fun. The room is spacious and clean. The staff are helpful and friendly.
Ueno is my favorite area to stay in Tokyo. It’s got tons of great food and the atmosphere is amazing. Ameyoko can be crowded, but this hotel is the perfect distance from the crowds. It’s also situated along the tracks of the Yamanote line, so it’s incredibly easy to find your way back if your phone dies and you don’t have maps. Okachimachi station is a very short walk away. Ueno station and Akihabara are both about a 10-15 minute walk away. Lawson is basically across the street, along with other konbinis around the block.
The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff spoke very good English. Everyone was so helpful and kind to us during our stay. We felt very welcomed.
The room itself was so spacious for Tokyo. We booked a Superior Family Room, and for 3 people it was the perfect size. There was plenty of room for luggage. The table and kitchen area was really nice to have. I loved that the toilet, bathroom/shower, and laundry/sink area were all in separate rooms. Speaking of the bathroom, the bathtub was amazing after a long day of exploring. The shower was also really nice. You can hear the trains during the day, but at night it’s not a problem since service ends.
I highly recommend this hotel! I can’t wait to be back again...

I’m halfway through my stay here in Tokyo with my teenage daughter, and I can confidently say that this hotel has exceeded all our expectations. It’s truly an ideal spot for families and solo travelers alike.
First impressions: The room is incredibly spacious. Tokyo hotels can be on the smaller side, so we were thrilled to have plenty of room to relax and spread out after our long days of exploring. We even have two large windows, each providing an epic view of the Tokyo Skytree—a treat to see every morning and evening.
Quiet and Comfortable: The double-paned windows are a game-changer. Despite the vibrant city outside, our room is wonderfully quiet. No city noise interrupts our downtime, and it feels like we have a peaceful retreat right in the heart of Tokyo.
Tech Perks: The room comes with a smart TV, which has been perfect for unwinding with some Japanese shows or movies before bed. My daughter and I both love being able to stream our own content, making it feel like home.
Convenient Location: One of the biggest bonuses of this place is the location. It’s just a five-minute walk to the Yamanote Line and even closer to Akihabara. Having easy access to such major hubs has been a lifesaver, letting us quickly get to all the sites on our list.
This hotel has truly anticipated all our needs, even ones we didn’t realize we had, and has made our trip all the more enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient...

This was a smooth transfer from the airport to our hotel. We really appreciated the hotel's convenient location, just a 5-minute walk along the train tracks from Okachimachi JR Station. It's also close to both the Ginza and Hibiya metro lines, and situated between Akihabara and Ueno stations, which are easily accessible by a short walk or a single train stop. Although the hotel is next to the train tracks, the noise is minimal and the trains stop running around midnight. The hotel features a combo washer, which is essential for a family of five. The room is spacious and includes a super single bed, a queen bed, and three futons, along with a small kitchenette for quick breakfasts. There are numerous dining options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as convenience stores like Lawson, FamilyMart, and Newsday right outside the hotel and train station. We also enjoyed exploring the area around the hotel, including a walk to Ueno Park where we could relax with a coffee. The park is adjacent to the Tokyo National Museum, the Cultural Museum, and the zoo, making it a great spot to...
