Global French Kitchen 雫 — Restaurant in Tokyo

I’ve passed by this restaurant a year ago when I was looking for another shop nearby and thought it looked like a nice place to have a date or to celebrate a special occasion. Came here a few months ago with my girlfriend and the food/staff were amazing.

The restaurant had a cozy and charming atmosphere. The sommerlier greeted us at the front and gave us good wine recommendations since we didn’t usually drink wine. It was an eight course meal including dessert which came with coffeee / tea after the meal. The course started off with a salad which was presented beautifully and tasted delicious with flavors from the different veggies. Then we had fritters with an amazing basil sauce. The 2 other dishes that came after was packed with different layers of seafood flavours. The fish and meat dish was amazing and memorable as well. Lastly, the dessert with the combination of the tea was perfect to end the night.

Overall, it was an amazing experience, the food was delicious, the service was wonderful and the people were friendly. I rarely eat this type of cuisine but I’m glad I got to try it here. ・ずわい蟹のムース 〜赤蕪のポタージュ〜 赤蕪を使ったポタージュに 今が旬のずわい蟹を使った ムースが入った一品🦀

赤蕪の優しい味わいに、 上品で甘味とかにの旨味が ふんだんに詰まったずわい蟹とが とっても美味しかったです☺️

一緒に添えられるバケットと 食べてもとっても美味しい！✨

・真鯛のヴァプール 〜トリュフ香る貝のソース〜 ヴァプールとは「蒸気で蒸す」 という意味で、ふっくらしっとりと 蒸された真鯛本来の味を堪能できます😊

トリュフの香りと貝の旨味が 凝縮された白ワインベースのソースは 真鯛と合わさるとさらに絶品で とても贅沢な味わいです😆 白ワインがとっても進む一品でした✨

・宮崎牛のローストビーフ仕立て 〜ビーツと赤ワイン〜 丁寧に低音調理を施した 宮崎牛のローストビーフ✨

ビーツと赤ワインから作ったソースに トリュフをふんだんに削った 贅沢なメイン料理👏

ローストビーフは 程よくサシの入った身質で 噛んだ瞬間にお肉の旨味と 肉汁が溢れ出し、飲み込むのが 勿体無いくらい美味しかったです😂

・オマール海老のビスクで炊いたリゾット 一口食べるとびっくりする程濃厚な オマール海老の旨味と風味が 口一杯に広がる絶品リゾット🦞

リゾットの上には、大ぶりな オマール海老のソテーが乗っており オマール海老の旨味を存分に 堪能できます👏
