Gong cha Nihonbashi — Restaurant in Tokyo

They didn't give me a plastic bag to take out, I wondered how to hold it outside, so I asked them for a small bag (it's enough for 1 drink), and she charged me 10 yen without any receipt. I can pay more for the drink if they make me feel comfortable using their service, instead of charging for the basic thing, or they can make something small and simple for holding on hand easily (not from plastic if they keep the idea that they want to protect the environment from plastic) like a lot of brands are doing. They just make the customers feel annoyed while using their service. I don't like that kind of feeling before leaving that store. So I decided to choose some brands else which make their customers feel convenient while using their service to drink in the future...

One of the quiet branches of Gongcha in central Tokyo and it is in a nice area as well. Service is about the same as other branches but the queue tends to be much shorter which is nice. With all boba stops, it is a hit or miss with drinks. Recommend their Mango & Orange Sparkling Tea. Truly refreshing in the summer heat. Other drinks are typical to Gong Cha brand worldwide.
