Gyoza no Ohsho - Dogenzaka — Restaurant in Tokyo

After a long day at Shibuya and neighbouring spots, we decided to crash at this Chinese fast food chain restaurant, I was first happy to see the quick service and seating we were given even though we were close to the heart of shibuya, and it was very busy.

The attention was great, you just need to ring the bell and in a matter of seconds they will come to your table.

I decided to order their ramen set, which comes with Gyoza, and fried rice. And honestly, I don’t if I just had bad fried rice all my life, but this fried rice was probably the best one I’ve ever had, however the rest of the meal was pretty basic, nothing special to say the least, the ramen felt like something I would have outside of Japan, by a Ramen wannabe restaurant, and the Gyozas were solid, but again I could make those at home with the frozen package and they would taste the same.

But overall, solid meal, excellent price, and quick service, necessary for a fast food restaurant...

Wanted a quick, cheap meal so dropped into Ohsho. I drop into Ohsho in Kansai now and then but this was my first time in Kanto. Unusually even though this food is all supposed to be cooked fresh off the wok, my food came out lukewarm. Although the flavor wasn’t bad, the quality and preparation wasn’t any better than what you can get at the convenient store out of a microwave. This will be my first and last...

2021/9/19 　13:45 テーブル席で何時までも４人で食っちゃべっている２０代の男性客が煩わしい。 アルコール無しで宴会。 ダラダラと食べ続けている為、マスクはテーブルの端っこに忘れられている状態。 大声で笑っていて、彼等だけの自由な空間が、周りには大きな迷惑。 他の客は全てお一人様で黙食。 こんな４人グループなんか、初めから入店させるなよ。 ２階席を希望したけれど、混み合っているからと拒否された。 でも次に入店した客は『お２階席にどうぞ〜』と、あっさりと２階席に案内。

また、今回の訪問日の１週間ほど前にもここ道玄坂店に来て、天津飯を注文。 この時は２階席に着席。 注文の為ベルを鳴らすが、なかなか来ない上、天津飯を「大盛り」で注文したが、店員に『大盛りは出来ません』と言われた。 「おかしいな」と思い、その時は感じが悪かったので何も注文せず店を出た。 今回は『天津飯』甘酢ダレ、前回大盛りを否定されたので、何も言わず普通盛で注文。 天津飯と言うより味がしっかりついた『お粥』。ご飯が軟らか過ぎる。 天津飯はこんなものなのかな？ 王将は大盛りのメニューは止めたのか。

こことは相性が悪いのか、以前食後に薬を飲もうとした直前、水をボトルごと持って行かれたこともあった。 新しいボトルが来るのかと待っていても来なくて、水を持って来るよう改めて頼んだ。

今回は馬面の店員の対応に苛つく。 というか、この道玄坂店の店員、スタッフの質が低い。 他店にはこんな雑なスタッフは見ない。
