I recently visited this store in Shibuya, and I feel compelled to share my experience, as it was quite disappointing. Right from the start, I noticed a significant difference between this establishment and others I’ve frequented, particularly in terms of hospitality.
The atmosphere was chaotic, largely due to a chime that played disruptive harp music every time someone walked by the sensor. It was jarring and took away from the relaxing vibe I was hoping for. To make matters worse, one of the staff members had her phone volume turned up, and when she unlocked it, the noise startled me awake. Even after she turned the volume down, I could still hear it throughout the session, which was incredibly annoying.
Another major issue was the lack of privacy in the treatment areas. They were only divided by towels, which meant that noise from other areas was a constant distraction. This lack of separation made it impossible to fully relax and enjoy the experience.
The beds themselves were uncomfortable, covered with a plastic sheet that felt unpleasant against my skin. It held in heat, making me feel sweaty and uncomfortable during the session.
As for the service, it was underwhelming. There didn’t seem to be any real technique involved; it felt more like random pressing rather than a skilled approach.
Considering I paid 16,000 yen for a two-hour session, I expected much better. Overall, I cannot recommend this store at all. There are definitely better options out there, and I suggest saving your money for a more...
Read moreI came here to get him Massage. I found this place off of Google. They had pretty good reviews so we tried them out. They are located on the second floor not sure the address I just use Google maps to get there.
They were able to get me and my friend in right away. The massage was really good. The only issue I had is there was a lot of noise and a lot of talking during the massage so you couldn’t really get away in your head. Plus this place is connected to other businesses and you can hear other people coming in and out.
They had us stripped down and put on disposable underwear. I didn’t mind at all because I wasn’t paying that they could’ve had me wear nothing 🤣 as long as they can make the pain go away!
You are only separated from the next person by a sheet so you can hear everything next-door.
The Masseuse was very good and accurate with her massage. The only thing I didn’t like is she was talking to her coworker 60% of the massage.. And she did not ask me what part of my body that I have pain.
I Left filling 85% better than when I walked in. I still had a little lower back pain. I would have liked her to focus on just my lower back. Pain is nothing else, but it still turned out good.
Another great feature I like about this place is they don’t hound you about tips!
I paid ¥8000 for 60 minutes
Overall, I will...
Read moreI got a 75 minutes full body massage. I’ve had sports massages before that hurt the next day (12 hrs later). This wasn’t the same because as soon as I left the parlor it felt like I didn’t get a massage at all. My shoulder and back still hurt the exact same and my friends felt the same way. The masseuse was very fast and rough so it wasn’t relaxing however I thought maybe it would be thorough. Was sad it didn’t have any effect. The lighting was office lighting and the bed positions you so when they push on your back it feels like you’re being choked a little. They use a plastic garbage bag material for the bedding that rustles when they move around and makes you feel like Salami. They gave us tea in paper cups and they used our tea time to ask for reviews and watch us over our shoulder writing the reviews so we couldn’t be honest. They even waited for the review to post and screenshotted them. When we were done with the review it felt like they rushed us out and we didn’t finish our tea. LOL I think the workers were pleasant and trying but I got home and changed my review so I can be honest instead of nice after waking up in the same pain. 60 usd is very expensive and there are better massage places that are half the price for the same time. Be careful reading reviews as some places pressure people on the spot...
