Had tonkotsu with "burned" garlic oil, it was amazing. Wonderful broth, not too fatty, low on salt, thin noodles with great texture. Drank it all up. With two thin slices of chashu, 720 yen. Lady was very friendly and extremely helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend the shop.
