Donshūnotori — Restaurant in Tokyo

We went in the early evenings of the day, and were greeted warmly. We had no idea what to order, but were open minded, and the staff recommended us some stuff. We wanted sake and the staff suggested us to try some sake from Nagano (which was really good). The pork was one of the best and tender pieces I have ever tried, absolutely phenomenal, and the fried chicken was also great. (We just had sake and snacks). 10/10 would recommend. Yes there's a language barrier but it's with Google translate and Papago, it was fairly straight forward. I'll definitely be coming back again. -...

Finally.. a place with more authentic food than we had the whole trip! We spent 2 weeks all over Japan, and this was the first place that we're the most super friendly just because they are happy people. The language barrier was there, but they were doing all they could to break that barrier and get us a good meal ! Best meal we had...
