I have been to Taiwan once, but never had taiwanese breakfast. Here it was a nice experience. This lady spoke good english and she was very warm. I went for the most popular item, which is basically a tofu pudding. It feels like when you are making fresh tofu and the soymilk starts to curdle, eventually forming a compact tofu mass, that's very light and delicate. This dish is similar to that, with added flavors, a bit of vinegar, a touch of chilli oil, crunchy deep fried dough pieces, some umami, it's mostly a textural experience....

喜喜豆漿で朝御飯😊 マストの鹹豆漿と、まだ食べたことない鶏肉飯（小）。 クーポンで味玉付けて頂きました。

やっぱり美味しい😍　鹹豆漿絶品💖 鶏肉飯はしっとりお肉に程よい塩加減、揚ネギの食感もいい感じ。

お腹一杯で豆花いけなかった… 鹹豆漿をがまんして、干大根の玉子焼と饅頭と豆花でもいいかしら。 それともお粥？ と思いを巡らせるけど、残念なことに８月で閉店が決まっています😢 その後は姉妹店「台湾屋台 美美小吃」にて継続予定とのこと。 こちらも美味しそうなので行ってみなくては！（20220619）
